"This past spring, I submitted an e-mail complaint to you regarding the installation of my pool and more specifically to report a material flaw/problem with my liner. After I submitted the complaint, I was contacted very quickly and arrangements were made to resolve the situation at the end of the summer so that our pool season would not be interrupted. Today the crew came out and did the relacement. This letter is to let you know that I appreciate the excellent response. The work today appears to be superb. The men were efficient and friendly, there were no issues or complaints even though working around my deck had to be a difficult task. I am very pleased with the new liner. I should also mention that the gentleman who delivered the water was also very pleasant to work with. Anyway, in summary, thank you for resolving this situation in the manner you did. I really do appreciate it, and because of that, when I'm ready to purchase a hot tub for my deck, I will come to Seven Seas first."

"When we returned from Colorado this spring, our hope was that our pool would be installed with minimal problems and the summer would be one of relaxing and playing in our own little paradise.
Thanks to your personal effort and Seven Seas Pools, the reality was even better than we had hoped. We couldn't believe that it was less than two weeks from the start of construction to completion and we were using our pool. We are so proud, particularly of the design you laid out for the concrete patio surrounding the pool. The liner is perfect with our color scheme and the lock security top has really minimized th maintenance of the pool. We would highly recommend it as a means of reducing heating cost, reduction in chemicals, the time spent in cleaning the pool and absolute security. Our grandchildren adore the Wild Ride slide. Even when we weren't usng it, the falling water was very tranquil.
Like all major projects, thre are always some minor glitches. Ours were few and you and your team quickly responded to correct them, almost before we were aware of them.
A very important part of your service is your willingness to work with the local government officials in educating them on the building codes the State now enforces. This knowledge was a help to us, Coolspring Twp. and Lake Latonka Property Owners Association. You are truly professionals and experts in selling and installing swimming pools.
The summer certainly was a hot one and went by quickly. For us, it was a beautiful summer of enjoying our pool with family and friends. We used it practically everyday and look forward to when your team opens it up for the next season.
